These JDA services are defined as follows:

Consulting and Staffing Engagements
JDA’s consultants will assist or lead your team in the support of a particular need within your IT environment. Our consultants have all received formal training and education and have the specific skills and subject-matter expertise required to effectively support your business. JDA’s consultants can be engaged full-time, dedicated to your business for the duration of the engagement or part time, based on your specific needs.

Projects with Defined Deliverables
JDA’s consultants can be engaged to perform a specific task or project with a defined deliverable upon completion. These engagements may be upgrades of a particular area of your IT infrastructure environment or they may be transitions or implementations of new technologies with your environment. These kinds of engagements can also be environment or security assessments / reviews. These assessments can be focused on the internal or external portions of your environments. We also provide assessments of your entire IT infrastructure from network to systems (including desktops) to the security architecture of your organization. These engagements can have fixed or variable costs based on the scope of the work being performed.

Permanent Placement Services
JDA can identify, screen and present for permanent hire high demand, low supply key technical resources. Services are available on a contingent basis with fees mapped to a percentage of the first years earnings of the successfully hired resource.
