This will be a key role with strategic and tactical responsibilities for technical readiness in our professional and managed services. This role will be responsible for ensuring coordination & implementation of required engineering and operations architectures, tools and standards for upfront readiness. Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience working with Windows server operating systems to include Windows Server 2003. Skills required include administration (day to day maintenance, account management, permissions and rights) and engineering (server builds, installs, configuration and migrations) and solid experience with associated Windows products and services to include IIS, DNS, DHCP, IAS, SMS and Active Directory.
• Minimum 3 years Exchange 2003/2007 experience. This would include administration (day to day maintenance, mailbox management, permissions) and engineering (server builds, installs, migrations and upgrades).
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Worked as a key senior member on multiple migration projects.

Senior Cisco Network Engineer (Western Suburbs)
We are looking to add an additional member to our staff as a full time Senior Cisco Network Engineer. Qualified candidates will be well experienced in the following areas: daily enterprise network upkeep, proactive planning for performance and failover, disaster recovery planning, documenting standard procedures, VOIP and security (wireless security is a big bonus). There will be a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule associated with this position.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience working with Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points. Skills required include switch configuration
(port configuration, VLAN, VTP, trunking and aggregation including LACP), router configuration (T1/PRI interface and circuit configuration,
routing protocols RIP/EIGRP) and wireless installation and configuration (Aironet WAP configuration, knowledge of security strategies such as
WPA/WPA2, EAP, PEAP, TLS and RADIUS). VPN and MPLS experience will also be needed.

The Messaging Lead, leads a team of individuals who is responsible for day-to-day support of the Information Services Enterprise E-mail System.

IT Business Analyst
